# IT company and low voltage contractor, Oakland County MI

Both of our offices are here, and so is most of our work. Oakland County is where LNX is based, with offices in Troy and in Pontiac, the county seat. It is also where most of our clients are. The county holds Metro Detroit's largest suburban office markets in Troy and Southfield, the automotive engineering and supplier belt from Auburn Hills to Rochester Hills, hospital campuses in Royal Oak, Troy, Pontiac, and West Bloomfield, and dozens of cities, villages, and townships, each with its own building department and its own permit rules for cabling, cameras, and door locks. We confirm which rules apply before quoting.

- Low voltage: structured cabling, fiber, wireless surveys, cameras, and access control as a low voltage contractor in Oakland County, on construction schedules and in occupied buildings.
- Permits and local rules: fire alarm sign-off for electronic locks, design review for exterior devices on downtown and historic buildings, and data cabling permits that vary by city. We raise them at the survey.
