# Consulting Services

An honest read on what you have and what it should cost. Assessments, architecture, and roadmaps from engineers who will be held to the result — not a report that ends in a sales pitch for hardware.

## What's included

- **IT assessments & roadmaps.** A plain inventory of what you run, what is at end of life, and what to fix in what order.
- **Network architecture design.** Segmentation, redundancy, and capacity designed for how the building is actually used.
- **Compliance readiness.** Gap analysis against HIPAA, PCI DSS, CMMC, the FTC Safeguards Rule, or whichever framework your examiners or funders care about, with evidence you can produce.
- **Vendor & carrier selection.** Requirements, bid comparison, and negotiation help — including telling you when the incumbent is fine.
- **Cyber risk review.** Where an incident would actually hurt, ranked by likelihood and what it would cost to close.
- **Budget & lifecycle planning.** A three-year replacement and spend plan a finance committee can approve without translation, the same roadmap a vCIO would bring to a quarterly review.

## Who this is for

Boards asking hard questions, and directors who need a defensible plan.

## Common questions

**Do you have to be our MSP afterward?** No. Assessments are sold and delivered on their own, and the deliverable is yours to shop to any managed service provider.

**How long does an assessment take?** A single-site review is typically a few weeks from kickoff to presented findings.

**Who presents the findings?** The engineer who did the work, to whoever needs to hear it — including a board or finance committee.
