Low voltage lead

Senior living

Resident and staff Wi-Fi, camera coverage across every wing, and infrastructure that cannot go down during a shift change.

What usually comes up

The problems we hear first.

  • Resident Wi-Fi complaints reach the executive director before they reach IT.
  • Camera coverage has gaps that only surface after an incident.
  • State survey asks for documentation nobody can produce.
  • Work has to happen around residents, not around a construction schedule.

What we typically deploy

A stack that fits the building.

We describe capabilities rather than name the specific products in client environments. Happy to walk through the detail under NDA.

Building-wide wireless

Surveyed coverage through concrete and long corridors, not guessed from a floor plan.

Camera systems

Enterprise-grade coverage with retention that satisfies your surveyors and your insurer.

Access control

Door hardware and credentials your staff can manage when someone loses a badge at 11pm.

24/7 monitoring

Network and device alerting so a failure at 3am is being worked before the morning shift.

Common questions

Before you call.

More plain answers →

Can you work while residents are in the building?

Yes. Most of our senior living work happens around residents, on nights or in low-traffic windows.

Can you help with state survey documentation?

Every install closes out with as-builts, test results, and labeled drawings, so you can show a surveyor what is installed and where. Camera retention is set to what your surveyors and your insurer expect.

Do you support the system after it is installed?

If you want us to. Wi-Fi, cameras, access control, and the network can roll into a managed agreement with 24/7 monitoring, so one team owns them.

Tell us what's in front of you.

A drawing set, a failing switch, an audit deadline, or a hunch that IT costs too much. We'll tell you who picks it up and what it takes.
