What LNX Inc. collects when you visit lnxinc.com or contact us, how it is used, who it is shared with, how long it is kept, and the choices you have.

Effective date: September 20, 2026. This policy covers lnxinc.com (the "site") and the ways you can contact LNX Inc. ("LNX", "we", "us") through it. It does not cover the systems we manage for clients under a service agreement; those are governed by the agreement itself and by the client's own policies.

The short version

  • Browsing the site collects nothing about you beyond standard server logs.
  • The site sets no cookies unless you allow analytics, and it never runs advertising trackers.
  • The contact form collects what you type so we can reply.
  • We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it except with the vendors that deliver our email, ticketing, and hosting.

What we collect

When you browse. This site is static. It loads fonts, images, scripts, and styles from our own domain only. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time of request) for security and capacity planning. Those logs are retained for up to 90 days.

Analytics, only with your permission. If you choose "Allow analytics" in the cookie notice, we use a page-view analytics service to learn which pages are useful and where visitors arrive from. IP addresses are anonymized. If you choose "Essential only", or make no choice, no analytics run. You can change your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" in the footer. Our cookie policy lists exactly what is stored.

When you contact us. The contact form asks for your name, organization, email address, phone number, and a description of what you need. It also records which page and service you were looking at, so the right person picks it up. We use that information to reply to you and, if you become a client, to set up your account.

When you call or email. We keep the correspondence so the next person you talk to has the context.

How we use it

  • To answer your inquiry and provide the services you ask for.
  • To keep the site secure and available.
  • To understand, in aggregate and only with your consent, how the site is used.
  • To meet legal, tax, and contractual obligations.

We do not use your information for advertising, we do not build profiles, and we do not sell, rent, or trade it.

Who we share it with

Form submissions are delivered to our team's email and ticketing system. Those systems, our web host, and our analytics provider (if enabled) are run by vendors under contracts that limit their use of the data to providing the service to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or, with notice, as part of a sale or merger of the business.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that do not become client relationships are deleted within twelve months. Client records are kept for the life of the agreement and as long afterward as tax and contract law require. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days. Analytics data, if enabled, is retained in aggregate form.

How we protect it

The site is served over HTTPS only, with strict browser security headers. Access to inquiry and client records is limited to the staff who need it, and the systems that hold them require multi-factor authentication.

Your choices and rights

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and you can withdraw analytics consent at any time. Email support@lnxinc.com or call 833-569-5690 and we will confirm within ten business days. We will never treat you differently for exercising these rights.

If you are a resident of a U.S. state with a consumer privacy law (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, or Utah), those rights include access, correction, deletion, portability, and opting out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it, so there is nothing to opt out of.

Children

The site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it and material changes are announced on the news page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
