Low voltage lead

Warehousing & logistics

Barcode scanners, label printers, and Wi-Fi that reaches the back of the last aisle, with cameras on every dock door.

What usually comes up

The problems we hear first.

  • Scanners drop off Wi-Fi between aisles and pickers re-scan or guess.
  • A label printer jams a shipping lane and the fix is whoever is nearest.
  • A shipment dispute lands and the dock camera angle missed the trailer.
  • The warehouse management system vendor blames the network, and the network vendor blames the devices.

What we typically deploy

A stack that fits the building.

We describe capabilities rather than name the specific products in client environments. Happy to walk through the detail under NDA.

Warehouse wireless

A predictive and on-site survey, then access points placed for racking height and seasonal stock levels, not an empty floor plan.

Mobile computers & printers

Zebra scanners, mobile computers, and label printers sourced direct, staged with your WMS settings, and supported under the same agreement.

Dock & yard cameras

Coverage of every door, the yard, and the trailer seal, with retention long enough for a claims dispute.

One agreement for the building

Network, devices, cameras, and the office PCs monitored by one NOC and supported by one service desk, so there is one number when a lane stops.

Common questions

Before you call.

More plain answers →

Do you sell and support the scanners too?

Yes. We are a Zebra partner and reseller, so mobile computers, scanners, and label printers come from us configured for your WMS, and the same service desk supports them.

Can you fix Wi-Fi without shutting the warehouse down?

Yes. Surveys happen during operations, and access points are added or moved on off shifts, with lift work scheduled around picking.

How much video retention do we need on the docks?

Enough to cover a claim that arrives after the carrier's dispute window, and whatever your insurer asks for. We size the recorder for that and set retention so dock footage is not the first thing overwritten.

A drawing set, a failing switch, an audit deadline, or a hunch that IT costs too much. We'll tell you who picks it up and what it takes.
